IFC 1 Crowned Champions After Unbeaten Season
International FC 1 were officially crowned champions of the 5de klasse on Saturday, 16 May, after a convincing 3-0 victory over RAS.
IFC were dominant throughout the match and looked a step above their opponents, showing their quality, fitness, and intensity from the first whistle. Despite that, RAS kept fighting and made it a competitive 90 minutes throughout. A key moment in the match came while IFC were down to 10 men after Igor received a yellow card. With the score still finely balanced, RAS were awarded a penalty that could have made it 2-1 and completely changed the momentum of the game. Goalkeeper Nicola stepped up with a huge save to keep IFC comfortably in control before the team went on to secure the title in style.
The team finished the season unbeaten with an impressive record of 13 wins, 5 draws, and 0 losses. A fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work, consistency, and team spirit shown throughout the year.
Congratulations to the players, coaching staff, and everyone involved on a well-deserved championship. What a season. On to 4de Klasse in the 26/27 season.
