Teams are only coached by qualified trainers or players with high level of playing experience that are supervised by qualified trainers. We don’t rely on volunteer parents or unqualified trainers, as we feel that parents would not accept unqualified school teachers at school, so it should be the same in sport. Likewise, Saturday matches are coached by the team’s trainer and/or another trainer.
