Applying for Membership

The application form for the membership to the International Football Club can be filled in online.

It is not permitted to participate in training or match activities until you have received confirmation you are accepted as a member. Taking part in one or two trial training sessions is only allowed with the permission of the relevant coaches or board of directors.

Cancelling Membership

In order to request a refund, a written email should be sent to Dpalmer@xs4all.nl with a detailed explanation for the request.

After the request has been received our board will review and make a decision to move forward with the refund and how much of the cost will be refunded.

Refunds will be accessed for programs on the basis of the following:

 ● Long term Injury – In the event that the child was medically unable to participate in the sport he/she had registered for.

● Moving out of the country

Unfortunately, refunds will NOT be granted for:

● Weather cancellations

● Unhappy with team assignment

● Stopping playing due  to conflict with other sports, or stopping due to lack of commitment or desire to play.

If a parent has requested a refund due to medical reasons prior to the start of the season (prior to the start of training), they will receive a refund minus  an administration fee. The amount of money that is refunded is contingent on how much of the season has passed as well as the reason for the refund. For example, a child who suffers an injury with only a short time left in the season will likely not warrant a refund as the entire cost of the season has already been incurred.

If a parent can provide proof that the child is moving  to another country a refund minus an administration fee will be granted. In order for our youth programs to be successful we must meet a certain amount of participants to fill a team.

If a player has been assigned a team, and the team cannot be registered due to lack of players, and there is no other age-appropriate team available at the club for the player, a n will be offered

First year administration fee €35.00 – Extra costs due to move. (Venue, kits, equipment etc)

Transfer to VUC fee €10.00 – Transfer fee paid to KNVB to transfer from previous club to VUC

*The €50.00 deposit is refundable upon nine hours of help within IFC OR VUC. This is logged and is refundable immediately upon nine hours reached. This is normal procedure at most clubs now to help with the running of the club and is new to some of us. We would like to ask who will NOT be asking for this deposit back and would prefer not to help. This is okay as the funds will be used to cover the help needed.
